Terms of Service

By reading this, you understand that your commission should follow the rules and agreement found in my TOS. The Client(You) should be held responsible for any consequences that results from breaking the TOS.

I will ignore commission requests that contain those aspects.Please ASK before sending anything related to them. Giving me a heads-up or a Trigger Warning is highly appreciated!

1. Please contact me thru Discord InuPan#2607 or Twitter @inupanchan for commission inquiries.
2. I accept 50/50 or upfront payment for commissions. Please note that the prices are in USD. I only accept payments thru Paypal!
3. I will only send the digital export files, this does not include the source files. I will send them using Discord or Email.
4. You can cancel the commission before any payment is made. I only offer full refunds if I have not yet started with your commission within 3 months.
5. The character should have a clear reference image. I cannot work with description only. The only exemption is for custom character design or character sheet commissions. Custom designs comes with an extra fee!
5. If requesting fanart, the client is responsible for any copyright claims by using copyrighted characters.
6. You cannot sell my art as merch Please contact me @inupanchan for comercial inquiries!
7. Please credit me properly (@inupanchan) for my art. Do not crop, replace, or remove my signature.
8. I have the rights to use my art in anyway, shape, or form. If you don't want this, please discuss it with me beforehand.
9. I have the rights to decline commissions that does not fit my brand, style, or artistic skill.
10. Harassment, Rudeness, and Toxic behaviour will not be tolerated. If you continue with this attitude, I will refuse to work with you.
